How We
Serve
RELATIONSHIP ISSUES
Conflict is a normal part of relationships, but it doesn’t have to spiral out of control. Interestingly, only 31% of conflicts between couples are actually solvable. We assist clients in learning how to navigate conflict effectively, promoting a deeper understanding of their partner and strengthening their emotional bond.
CHILDHOOD TRAUMA
Far too many of us have experienced childhood trauma that affects us to this day. We help people who have experienced childhood trauma get a new lease on life.
PTSD
We believe people can experience healing from trauma, and our therapists specialize in guiding clients through the challenging waters of PTSD.
ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
If you have anxiety or depression, meeting with a therapist can give you invaluable coping tools, help you understand yourself better, and provide you with hope for your future.
About
At Erin Williams Counseling, we rise above a stuffy approach to therapy and provide our clients with a professional, warm, and, yes—fun counseling experience. Have you ever heard of a therapist using the Ross vs. Rachel “we were on a break” debate as a prompt for therapy? Well, that’s just one example of how we keep therapy fun and relevant!
Founder Erin Williams firmly believes in being a guide in her patients’ lives, never telling them what to do but providing navigation for the ride. As Erin says, “You are the expert in your own life.” She and the therapists at Erin Williams Counseling are there to provide expertise and clarity along the way.
While we take a fun and laid-back approach, our therapists are all highly trained with clinical and private practice experience, have Master's degrees, current licensure, and a flair for balancing openness with professionalism.
Kind Words
“Mrs. Williams came highly recommended from a good friend of mine, and I must say that I'm pleased with my experience. She’s attentive, understanding, and most of all, caring. Can’t say enough good things about her.”

We all have a story.
What’s next in yours?
One of the first things we ask each client who walks in our door is, “What happened to get you in this chair? Was it a particular incident that was the breaking point? What is a slow burn?” We want to know you and what brought you here.
And while your story is unique to you, the core of our patients’ pain and struggles come from similar roots.
Have you ever thought…
✔︎ We’ve gone long enough in our marriage with the same problems. Something has to change for this to continue to work…
✔︎ I need someone to see me and the pain in my past and help me understand how that affects how I am now…
✔︎ We need a professional guide in our relationship to help us communicate better and thrive as a couple (and parents)...
✔︎ I’ve heard of inner child work, and I think it might help me live a happier life, but I’d love someone with experience to walk me through it…
✔︎ I want the results I hear about from therapy, but I’m worried that seeing a therapist will be boring, and they’ll just talk at me and tell me what to do…
